I have lurked for a while but not posted much. I love my 2019 (new body style) with 5.7, but I am starting to regret buying it. I currently have right at 39k miles. At around about 30k miles it started making a rubbing/grinding noise when make somewhat slight right hand turns. It has gotten progressively worse, to the point that you can feel it as well as hear it. I took it to the dealer at around 32k and they hear and feel it, but can't pinpoint it. They aren't willing to work on it anymore, and claimed that they had at least 6-7 other 2019s with the same issue and they have been advised by RAM to not do anything while they wait on some sort of engineering update.

However, that was in November of 2020... I spoke with them again the other day, and they say they have more trucks with the same issue, and that RAM thinks it is a computer issue and that some future computer update will fix it... meanwhile the sound and vibration get stronger each month.. Some "Tier 2" type customer service agent tried to work with me and got nowhere as well. After exhausting all of her options, she told me to write a letter to FCA and promised that they always respond... Well.. that was months ago, and they didn't.

Is anyone else having this issue, I did a quick search of the forums, but only saw one other person, and the suggestion given to them was to look at the control arms. My dealer here in Gainesville claims they have inspected EVERYTHING, and refuses to do anything at all now. I am at the point where I don't know whether I need to just trade it in on a Ford (which would feel like I am screwing someone else over), or whether I need an attorney, or whether I just need to deal with a truck that I am embarrassed to have anyone ride in.. which sucks because I am a business owner and often take clients/coworkers to lunch. Or, is there some other customer service option that gets better results?

I apologize in advance if I have posted this in the wrong place. Like I said, I have lurked around a while but not posted much. Thanks
