Static on radio.. 5.4” screen

Anyone else experience a lot of static on the 5.4” screen ( i believe that’s the size ). i’ve checked antenna through 3rd light and it seems tight and connections on. I’ve read about a factory reset helping but no information for the small screen. plain jane package of truck ..
