About a year ago, I had a problem with my 2020 Ram starting. I verified that it wasn’t the battery or the starter that were bad. I ended up having it towed to the dealership. They had the truck for three weeks, trying to troubleshoot what it was. It ended up being the module that the starter relay is located on. Its actually part of the module so you can’t just replace a relay. I can’t remember what it’s called though. Fast-forward to now, I went to get into my truck to go home and it wouldn’t start. Battery was good. I got underneath and tapped the starter and it started right up.
