Okay I am so confused......did my pickup get on the wrong train or is this really the logic of BNSF? My destination by rail is Laurel, MT. This pickup has gone from Michigan to Kansas City - back to Illinois - up to Wisconsin and now it is in Dilworth, Minnesota. Is it really going to go around to Washington and back to Montana? This is the map I found online I hope it is wrong. I ordered 7-29 got my WS 12-31 this has been a damn nightmare!!!

ask your dealer for the dealer connect printout it should tell you where it is

Received an e-mail from Ram today my delivery is scheduled between 1/31-2/11. Not sure how accurate these dates are but my dealer said those date are good. It is getting closer

My truck landed at the dealer last week accurately right in middle of the estimate date range they gave me. Good luck!

My truck was loaded onto a hauler on 1/25 and still has not arrived at the dealer which is a little over 100 miles away. Amazing.

Just heard from my dealer that my estimate ship date is 2/27. Based on my recent forum knowledge does that really mean when they will build it? Or should i expect it to be built in the next couple of weeks?

I was 1/13 ‐ 1/25 and my truck was delivered on 1/17. Hopefully that rings true for you too! I owe you some pics also lol. I'll try to get some tomorrow. Been swamped.

Picked it up today! Only issue was that the passenger side foam bottle holder insert was missing, so we grabbed one from another truck on the lot. Love it so far!

Most likely when they will build it. My ESD was 01/31, until Friday and is now 2/02. And the dealer straight up told me the truck hasn't even started TY be built. I'm just hoping it gets built this week....or at the latest next week. Was hoping to receive it for a valentine's day present to myself... but might have to have to find something else.

Ram chat has really been playing with my emotions this past week when it comes to my trucks shippings status. On 1/20 I got an email from US Customer Care informing me my trucks ETA to my dealer is the week of 2/14. Then on 1/26 Ram chat told me dealer ETA of 1/26-2/8. Then today Ram chat told me truck Is in transit dealer ETA of 1/26-1/31 (today). No truck today so I ask Ram chat tonight and I was told vehicle has been released from factory and approved for shipping but has not yet “left” still showing a dealer ETA of 1/31 however. I think I’m giving up with Ram chat when it comes to shipping, they’re like a roulette dealer spinning the wheel and waiting to see what number it lands on lol.

Sorry you got dinged! I plan to put track Armor on. I asked them not to wash it so if its fifthy I’ll probably find a do it yourself then apply it.

I also heard it can leave a residue if left on for days. I’m putting it on, making a 5 hour layover to relatives in MS. As soon as I get there I’ll take it off. Then reapply for the 5 hour trip home and take it off! Next monday the pro tint/PPF/ceramic will have it for a week!

if you are near atlanta what tint guys do you use? Not sure who is good around here

Being right twice a day? You give them too much credit Then I shouldn't have typed that being I never contacted them, so I can't report on first hand experience. During my process, information came from here and a weekly e-mail from the dealership. Reading posts made it a little easier to understand Ram truck building method was using a dice roll. The dice they were using a 20+ sided die. And that was on a good day.

if you are near atlanta what tint guys do you use? Not sure who is good around here

I used "The Tint Guy" in Kennesaw for tint and PPF. Right next door is "Next Level Detailing" and they will do the ceramic. Went through the same process with my wife's Audi and doing the same for the truck. Hopefully I'll get it back Friday.

I cannot say enough good things about BOTH of these shops! Thanks to @jimothy for the recommendation!
