I noticed this on my diesel as well. I think it may depend on what speaker setup you order with. I ordered with the basic speakers, not even the Alpine, so I assumed that's why I did not get it.

  • All 368 of these trucks are diesel
Looks like @KWKSLVR is correct. The EcoDiesels don't come with it.

I just checked my build sheet and it does not show it but my WS does under standard equipment. Mine is a limited EcoDiesel.
 
So 13 days from Build Sheet to Window Sticker. NN152168 Patriot Blue 10th Anniversary Limited is being unloaded from the truck less than 1 Day later! Admittedly a Detroit Area Dealer (Feldman Woodhaven), but that's quick. Second one, NN200942 in Blue Shade, is scheduled to enter build tomorrow (1/28) according to my Dealer Contact.

Interesting since the 2020 and 2021 Eco Diesels all came with it, I am going to assume it just an oversight on the build sheet, since it is actually a Software thing anyway, although it does add 4 microphones all around the cab to pickup ambient noise. Guessing if it is on the WS, it is on the truck.

Yes, it definitely only goes with the HK 19 speaker system, as it is part of the subwoofer, which is where it actually "pushes" out the active noise cancelling frequency additions. So you need to have a subwoofer to have it, by what I read.

The blue shade missing was just an oversight on my part from the beginning. My entire color detection list includes 40+ colors because of all the ridiculous options the HD trucks can be ordered in, so I was always pulling blue shade data but just missed adding it to the 1500 chart.

I've contacted them at least once a day for 5 months even though I know there's nothing of value. The only times I've been excited was once build started then once it shipped. Every other day has been a disappointment.

I assume that "Steel" in the chart is Maximum Steel Metallic?

Yes it's great. Now I can see exactly how low Longhorn production is specifically the Southfork .

I may do that. I still don't have a WS but I do know that it's been released from the factory so I would assume that a WS is imminent. I'm probably going to miss out on any kind of Ram Month discounts by like 3 days or something like that with my luck 🤣
