Start of 2022 Production.

Has anyone received a call from Andrew or James from RAM Customer Care and if so, how did it go?

I called RAM Cares today regarding my truck and I explained that my truck has been in the "installation of special equipment" phase for over a month and a half. The gentleman on the phone said he would escalate my case and I would receive a call from either Andrew or James who are the liaisons between RAM Care and the Factory. He said I would get the call either today or latest by tomorrow.

Not true, there were 139 of them today. I just didn't list them out as far as packages.
111 with Level 1
Leaving 28 with "not Level 1"
Got it. I’ve a go a limited with Level 1 which has to be an issue. If I go on ramtrucks and did a wide search for 2022 limiteds I see quite a few with 28’s on the lots but VERY few with Limited Level 1 packages.

From a total build standpoint:
  • There have been 8,263 Limiteds built
    • 5,747 with Level 1
    • 2,516 with "not Level 1"

I’m 11 weeks tomorrow since I ordered. Still in D, “gathering parts necessary”. I want to start being excited that my build could happen soon…but I’ll settle for a longer wait time if they build it how I ordered it. 😊

3 months as of yesterday, contacted my dealer why am i seeing Rebels with vins in the 200's being built and my 168 hasn't budged. Told me since my Rebel is essentially fully loaded there is no time frame. I asked if 1 particular option was holding things up, he said he would check with manager.

I do not see very many truck with ASG being build. Im guessing its the BSM and ASG holding up my build.

Hopping over to this thread to try and keep up with the chatter.

I’ve got a build sheet and window sticker and am just waiting on shipment. I’m only 4 hours from Sterling Heights so hopefully sooner than later. Current estimate is any day within the next two weeks.

Well your dealer is just spouting nonsense. The fact that it is fully loaded isn’t the issue. Look at my signature line - fully loaded Rebel with a 215 VIN, and it will be built next week. It is a November order. Conversely, they just can’t seem to find the parts to build my May order with a 101 VIN.
Ram is selectively building orders that make the most sense to them - not sure if it is driven by money or something else. But it is CERTAINLY NOT a parts shortage.

FYI for everyone. I’ll be on an airplane most of the morning, then out on business all day. So I’ll only be checking in sporadically from my phone. I’ll update my side of things this evening.
