While driving over small bumps or potholes.
I removed everything from the bed and made sure roll up cover clamps were all tight.

If it’s a 2019 my guess would be it’s not the bed it’s the brake calipers.

Try standing in the bed and jump up and down to see if you can hear it then. You can move to the two corners of the bed to narrow it down to which side
