Are you aware that a 2020 RAM 2500 is not a "true" 5th generation RAM, it's more like a 4th generation with a front facelift, as 99% of mechanical parts and body parts (doors, bed, cab) are identical to a 4th generation. Only some cosmetic things like front end and dash are new, it's not like a 1500 5th generation who use 99% new parts over the 4th generation. I am telling you that because I am suspecting that you will found your answer about wiring diagram out of an old 4th generation RAM 2500, not from an 5th generation 1500 informations. Search for like a 2018 RAM 2500 wiring diagram and I think you'll find your answers.

Hi Rraplee, I am trying to do the same as I want to hook up HIGH-LEVEL inputs from my subwoofer amplifier to the rear door speaker, but I don't want to take apart rear door if possible, I would like to jump the speakers wires from the main harness going under the door steps to the rear door. The photography you posted is from where? Is it inside the door or in the door steps?

I just took apart the door panel in checked the speaker it is white and light green and white with dark green going to the rear left speaker not sure which one is positive or negative

Anyone have a table for the colors of all the speaker wires? I purchased a Kenwood KSC-SW11 powered subwoofer and I plan to tap into the speaker wiring under the driver's seat, before the ANC, but and trying to figure out with wires to tap into.

I know i'm digging up an old thread. I apologize. but I am desperate. I have done the search feature on this forum and google to no avail. I have the 6 speaker 5" radio setup and wanted to add a powered sub myself. Is there a thread i'm missing that can help me out? I found the speaker colors for a 2019 2500. But i'm not sure if its the same. I haven't torn into the truck to found out yet. My truck is a 2021 dt 1500 5.7l.

I tapped two wires under the driver seat that were going in/out of the ANC for my powered sub. I believe i used the wires color coded for the passenger side speaker since my sub is mounted under the passenger seat. Worked first try been installed for a year no issues. Here’s the speaker wires color chart i used. I have no idea where i found it, luckily it was still on my phone. Good luck!

Have a 2022 Ram with Alpine factory system. I installed a 2 line out converter but the amp keeps shutting off. Why does that happen? I got power of the factor sub and bridged them. Did I do something wrong? Does it have to do with the ANC? How do you bypass it? Please help.

For what year. Is you truck

Some where, some how I missed the answers that I'm looking for in all this reading.
I have a 2022 1500 tradesman crew cab with 5.7 engine, factory Uconnect with 5 inch screen (not Alpine upgrade), speaker in each door and on the dash. Not sure what that controller under the driver seat is (I'm thinking that it's ANC- what ever that is) and so I'm wanting to run my Scosche line out converter wiring directly from the radio plug.
1- do I run off front or rear door speakers?
2- what is ANC for? And is it easier to run my wires from that instead of trying to run them thru the entire truck from dash to back?
