So I took delivery of my 2026 Ram on 8/30/25. I walk out a week later and this piece of plastic is hanging by one screw in front of the driver's side rear wheel. There are two or three clips that the heads are sheared off.

I just got back from my third trip to the dealer and it is still not fixed. First trip to show them the problem. Second trip to schedule the repair after the ordered parts come in. (They never called when the parts came in). Third trip this morning to find out that the ordered parts do not fit correctly so they ordered the complete assembly and it's $22 and who is going to pay for it?

Really, is it this complicated?

The picture if the item with a picture showing the passenger side in place.

I wouldn't mind putting it back myself if I knew where to get the clips that hold it on.

Had to replace some on my truck

Thanks for the help. Is this something that's going to need replacement fairly often? Or are there other applications for the clips? I think I'll order 10 and see if I can pop it back into place

We had a 2012 Subaru Outback that I carried spare pop fasteners for because I periodically had to remove the front fender liner to replace a low beam bulb, but this feels a little different. 🫤

Shouldn't have to. I had removed mine for some reason. Can't remember off the top of my head. So needed to replace the ones I broke. Other than that, haven't had any issues
