Spare tire recommendations for AT 285/55/22

Im running Mickey Thompson AT 285/55/22 tires but still have the original spare. Will a 55 fit on the spare rim under the car in the spare wheel well??

The spare that comes stock is a 245/70/18 any suggestions on what I should switch it to keeping that spare rim??

295/70R18 says fits 7.5 wide wheel. I'm not sure how wide the spare wheel is? possibly 8" MT makes the Baja AT in size
