Sound issue

Hi, I picked up the 2020 Mega Cab 2500 from dealer Saturday. Twic a day on average the AM FM and Sirius hangs and nothing works . I had a 20 m drive to work with nothing. Once I shut it off for more than a few minutes it seems to reset. Dealer couldn't find issue and said they will order me a new radio if it does it again and bam it did it this morning. Screen shows system trying to load. Nothing from am or fm either ?

I have had this happen to me twice now, both times I think it is tied to when I hit my memory preset and start the truck while it is still in the middle of moving my seat. I noticed this because both times were after my wife drove the truck and had selected her memory preset. Not 100% if this is the cause or not though.
