Hi,

I'm going to the dealership on Monday but was hoping someone here might have had the same problem that I could fix without going in:

Remote app won't communicate with the truck at all
-SOS button, if you press it, oh lord, you learn quick that was a bad mistake because after you hang up, it keeps trying to call 25 times saying "Call not complete, cell service unavailable" yet the cell service icon shows full bars 4G. I was able to get it to stop by holding the SOS button for 10 seconds and it finally stopped.
-Searching for a location in NAV, it says offline mode and has the cell service bars with a circle and a cross over it.
-SOS button, when you talk to an emergency advisor, they can't see the vehicle's location or type.

Maybe removing battery power for an hour from the negative post? Just curious... don't want to void warranty or anything, but if I can fix without going in to the dealer that would be great..

Thanks in advance!

I have the same issue, it’s been at dealer for a week. Will post fix once I know the cause and solution

Did you ever find out the issue with your SOS system? I started having this issue 2 days after purchasing my truck, been at the dealer over a week now.

I would def try removing negative terminal for 30 minutes. Leave it overnight. Hopefully that will reset it. Otherwise to the dealer.
I disconnect battery for 30 minutes it work for me
