Song or artist favorites.

2019 BH , I pick a song for favorites and it never alerts me that its playing. My other xm radios would alert me that a favorite was on. Any thoughts?

By favorites, do you mean you clicked the notify button as a song or artist is currently playing so that it notifies you?
