(Solved) Undercover Armorflex Install Issue

I have a 2021 Ram Crew Cab Laramie qith Linex coating. I'm having issues with my install. Rails seem to sag down and in to center of the truck which keeps it from latching. Also wont close over the tailgate. Need some insight if you have it. Thanks for your help.

It shouldn't tip like that. Mine is flat. Loosen the clamps, move the rails to flat and see where the clamps align and then tighten but don't use 100 ft-lbs of torgue. Be sure the back of the clamp is as high as it can go on the truck rail and hold the rail up while tightening. They shouldn't be biting that high on the round clamping surface.
If you still have issues, I'll get a shot of mine later.
The gasket seals the tailgate well so you'll need to close the cover before the tailgate for a while.

RC cover guides are not installed correctly. if necessary, I can take a photo as set by me. with the same cover from RC

I just did my install of the undercover armorflex on my 2021 - no problems at all - I think it might be the positioning of your clamps....

It now looks like Biz Jet Tech's install above. Make sure the clamps are high as possible and even elevate the rails just a bit which helps with the tailgate close.

How and where did you apply the bulkhead seal? I have a spray in liner as well and the seal is not sticking well to it.
