Is it hard daily driving that in the city?

When i go home to san bernardino its stop and go. La is worse.

Weve been getting alot of rain. Very rare

well that's good, heard rain was coming to some areas. Over here just cloudy in the morning.

not at all, or maybe I should say no different than driving any car
in some areas you can't find parking even for a small compact
specifically downtown LA, its a different beast and its only getting worst, city planners are anti drivers, anti vehicles or just plain stupid
driving lanes are being close and there was a rumor not so long ago that they wanted to block vehicle access to some portion completely
I am just glad I live to the east and not west of it and work just border line downtown LA and don't have to cross it because rush hour would drive me insane
