Its going to be a nice upgrade! Hopefully that last piece shows up soon! If it is shipped through FedEx by chance, you can shoot me the tracking info and I can take a look into it for you. Our internal systems will give us more information than the public tracking will. If separated in transit, you'll usually get it the next day, but obviously not a guarantee.

Fedex is pretty good about getting a missing one to you. Much better than some of the other ones...

Thank you! It did arrive today..yay! Only problem I'm facing now is getting a place to install them. Places like town fair tire and tire warehouse won't touch them if they don't sell them.

No problem. Just look up truck or off-road shops around you. That’s what I did and honestly found a small family owned shop that hooked it up way cheaper than what a big name store was going to charge me. I felt more comfortable taking it to someone that specialized in off-road lifts and wheel setups as well so it was a win/win.

Haha we still get our fair share of complaints and some of them are absolutely warranted lol. We are feeling the pinch from employee shortages just like everyone else is right now as well which really makes it challenging to get freight moved timely. I’ll say one thing, it’s pretty incredible what companies like The postal service, UPS, Amazon, and FedEx are able to accomplish. Those that have never seen it first hand just have no idea how intense it really is lol.

I'm happy to say I have a great FedEx and UPS group of people here in my area.

Yes your exactly right. I have my mechanic where I live owns his shop. Has about 2 guys that work for him. Dealership send him rough country level kit for their trucks to him. He said he may ha a rough country one in the back of his shop. Im going over there Tuesday to see if he has it. If not should I go ahead with the level kit from Amazon?

I have and I’m sure I’ve said it but I’m going to plasti-dip my wheels and I’m buying new tires for my 2014 Dodge Ram Laramie 33”x12.50 so where I buy them I need for them to mount them? I am going to put a 3” front level kit and 2” level kit for the rear on my truck. I have my own mechanic that does all my work

I’m mechanic gets the dealership in my area to do a rough country level kit on all their trucks because people seem not to buy the truck unless it’s got the leveling kit on it. My mechanic said he may have one in his shop , so I’m going over there tomorrow and see if he found it. If he didn’t would the 3” front level kit for the front and 2” kit for the back from Amazon be sufficient for my 2014 Dodge Ram Laramie truck? Also happy Labor Day to everyone.

Happy labor day to you as well. I might be wrong but I thought a 3" front well require new control arms. If you are talking about a kit with those included then I think your good.

Council Bluffs station (COBF). I'm an Ops Manager.

Awesome. I never worked as an official Ops Manager, but used to help do the job as a lead back when I worked out on the dock. That can definitely be a stressful position. I work out of the Orlando Hub (ORLA) as a Field Transportation Specialist. My group supports all of the transportation network, but I've spent the majority of my time working out of the Linehaul dispatch office. I got off that dock as soon as I could lol.
