Smallest possible rim size??

Hi, i have a 2019 1500 long horn with 22" OEM rim, i kindly need to know what is the smallest possible rims and tires that will be suitable to my truck

18 is the lowest.

What was mentioned above and if you go with 18s verify with the manufacturer that they will fit. Not all 18" wheels fit.

You can, but as others pointed out, check with the manufacturer. 18” OEM wheels should fit with no problem. I’m running 18” Fuel Blitz wheels (18x9 +1), and they also fit.

Running 18" Rebel wheels on my 2020 Limited. I went with stock size 32" tires to preserve power/MPG, and regret it a little now and then. May up size next round when these tires wear out.

As others noted, 18" OEM wheels are fine, they barely clear. Many aftermarket 18" will not.
