Small convex mirror adjustable?

I have standard mirrors on my 2024 1500 limited. In the upper left corner, of the drivers mirror, there is a small convex mirror. Is this mirror manually adjustable by hand? Before I go and start pushing and shoving on things I thought I’d ask. Wife would kill me if I broke stuff on our week old truck already! 😂

Fixed and not adjustable.
