Its very slight but noticable (sluggish/hesitant.
I have a 19 Ram 5.7L and just wondering if its ready for a tune up? 65,000 miles.

is it cold or warm or does it do it all the time

Yes. New points and condenser, reset the timing and she'll be good to go for another 65k.

More noticable when cold very very slightly when warm or i notice it all day
