Sloshing behind dash?

I've had my 2021 Rebel for almost a year, and on three separate occasions after a rain, I got in the truck and could hear a sloshing sound that appeared to be coming from behind the dash. The best way I can describe it is that it sounds like a large fish tank is somewhere behind the dash in front of the drivers side.

It did it again this morning and I stopped, popped the hood to see if I could see anything unusual, and water came flowing out of my hood from the black plastic vents. No more sloshing after that. Does anyone else experience this?

I heard a sloshing sound in my cab for a week. Then I found my bottle of Wild Turkey under my seat.

Sounds like a drain hole was plugged.
