Slight binding when making low speed right turns

I have been noticing a slight binding feeling, almost similar to when in 4x4 and turn to full stop, while making a low speed right turn. Speeds are under 10mph and usually the wheel is closer to 3/4 turn. The binding is only for a half second and stops.

Any idea what this could be?

Im out of factory warranty but have the MOPAR extended coverage.

Maybe the power steering TSB. Mine had more noise, not so much binding.

Might be time to change your rear diff fluid. Make sure they add the friction modifier for the limited slip when refilling
