What options do I have without going significantly smaller in diameter?

Would like to keep the AT look but bias towards quiet and comfortable in highway.

In 33, not many. Tire Rack has 3 options in SL:
General Grabber AT/X, General Grabber APT, and Toyota Open Country A/T III EV

Nitro Terra Grappler 275/70R18, which has a 116T load index. About 15 pounds lighter per tire than a Falken Wildpeak.

I just ordered some Falken Rubitreks in a 265/70/18. Slightly smaller than the stock tire but not much at 32.6 vs 33.4. About 10 lbs lighter and still an AT tire. I'll report back.
