Sirus/XM artist alerts not working

When a specific artist or song come on I can set an alert that will appear on the top of the screen.

I have been having issues with the last few alerts. I will get an alert at the top of the screen but when I push the tune in now button nothing happens. If I go into the notification settings there are no notifications for the alert.

Anyone else noticing this issue? Would it be a RAM issue or a Sirus/XM problem????

They have been working fine on mine. An alert pops at the top of the screen that you can click on. If you miss the window there, I think there is another notification icon with a red bubble on it located on the right side of the screen.
