Was able to finish today. Added the side rails (after I had the bed already sprayed, yes I did did to enlarge the holes slightly using a drill bit).

I tried to tighten the rivnuts using the method soon in a post here (it was a YouTube vid.). Went to Lowe’s and purchased M6 2 inch bolts and M6 nuts (about $6) but that was knuckle busting, so ended up getting the TacLite rivnut tool (comes with various other rivnuts) from Amazon for $29.95 with next day free shipping and it then took about 5 minutes to tighten the rivnuts.

then installed the rails for the cargo manager.

put the WeatherTech tri-fold alloycover back on.

Finished.

Did you have any issues with the clamp on rails of the tonneau cover with the cargo divider. I bought the BakFlip MX 4 and could not get the rail for the cargo divider mounted. The rail hits to bottom of the clamps. Sorry dont have pictures at the moment.

Yes I had to make sure that the clamps were positioned at the top.

actually not a good design at all. They could have designed it to use the side Rails. In my opinion.

also the diagram does not show where screw (#14) goes but it goes to secure the right hand side plate.

I also had an issue with the right side slide and had to trim it by about a 1/4 inch and now it slides

Just a thought but I had considered not using the clamps and instead just bolt the cover rail. Have to drill say 4 holes per side but not sure what the harm would be, not like you are constantly removing the cover rails.
