Should my exhaust be leaking here?

had my truck running while i was airing up my tires and I noticed my exhaust dripping at the hose clamp... This isn't good is it?

Hmmm, could be condensation from around there just accumulating and dropping from that point. Can you confirm there is indeed air also coming from that clamp location? If so, it could just be a loose clamp, try tightening it yourself and bring to the dealer to inspect.

Could it be AC condensation dripping and running down the pipe?

If it is coming out the pipe, it shouldn't be.
