Shark Finn Replacement

I read some previous, older discussions on a replacement for the Shark Finn antenna on a 22 Ram. If I missed a definitive answer I apologize. Regardless, is there a flat or low-profile replacement that wont hinder existing function? I want to install a moderate lift, or at least a leveler and still park in the garage. Thank you all.

How tall is your garage door? I don't have an answer to the shark fin replacement, but you can fit quite a bit under a 7-foot garage door opening height.

Thank you for the reply. You are correct. I did a physical test and put the shark fin directly below the lowest point. A precise measurement gave me 3.25 inches clearence. With some adjustment I believe I can get another 1.5 inches which will cover the lift I want to eventually install.
