Sh!T...A little towing injury...best fix?

Hey All!

I was moving a lift and the Trailer coupler slid forward and scratched up my bumper cover just above the receiver. Anything out there to cover and protect this center area so I don’t have to look at this and protect it from future damage?

I don’t want to get e new bumper or pay a ton for body shop repair, so I thought there must be a stick on protector to hide this and help in the future.
