recently started having "service shifter" come up in my truck cluster (2019 Ram 1500) dealer updated software ($840.00) but problem not solved, has anyone had this problem and what was the solution? Now dealer wants to replace the park sense module at $430.00 additional without a guarantee that this will fix the issue, thoughts?

please tell us a little more about your truck

There are similar posts about your similar topic. There are reports that one of the solutions was checking and correcting all the electrical ground points, (there are numerous.) I am not a mechanic so I can not validate. There are also reports that the park sense module replacement did not solve the issues as noted in the various posts. Ultimately, you will have to make the repair decisions based on your factors of time, money, and need for transportation.
