seat memory

all of a sudden i started having the center cluster display continuously going back and forth from my normal view to saying “memory system not available in motion” i have no idea why it thinks im trying to mess with my seat memory every 5 seconds while im driving. anyone have this issue or have a solution? video below for the example.
