seat controls on corner of headunit screen gone?

My soft buttons for heated and cooled seat settings have randomly disappeared on my truck. I have my rebooted the headunit multiple times but had no luck. Are there any fixes for this certain issue??

Go into apps and you can drag and drop the button ( any buttons ) to where you want them.

They will replace the button you drop them on, so don't drop them on a button you want. You can then reorder them as you wish too.

So did mine after Uconnect downloaded an update last week.

They came back on their own the next day.

it was so much more freaking easier to have the soft buttons on top corners of the screen Lol.

Mine disappear daily. Only way I found to temporarily get them back is change the theme in settings and they pop back up even when going back to the theme I was just on. Then the next day they’re gone again and I have to repeat daily. It’s maddening and have found no solution.

It would be helpful if each of you posted what version of Uconnect you’re on (S24.13, or S26.17).
I haven’t had any issues with it, and I’m on S24.13. Is this “new” behavior on S26.17?

I am on 24.13 and have never had those icons before, even after a reset.

Today while 1000 miles from home on vacation in warm FL my 2022 Ram 2500 Longhorn did the S26.17 update. I now have lost all control of climate in my truck. When click climate you cannot adjust the temperature with screen or buttons. It is Alway LOW or High. But blows HOT air, even if you HIT AC. Cannot control fan either alway high. Only way to get any cold air is touch MAX/AC. However if you hit up or down temp button shuts off all climate when on MAX/AC. Plus all other controls for the cooling orr heating of seats, & wheels gone. So much for Quality control, specially since have 48k miles, no warranty and a over the air update and we have no control over them and now cannot even use my 90$ RAM features without waiting till a weekday and hoping a dealer can get us in while down on vacation. Really makes you question where we are going with the auto industury.

My Ram updated today. After the update was complete there was a statement that you might lose some features for a day before they come back on they on their own. Maybe your missing features will be back tomorrow. Keep your fingers crossed.

OTA request a few days ago for 26.17 finally solved this problem. Been there for two days and haven’t disappeared like usual. Hope this continues.
