Searching for New Head Unit

Just purchased my first 5th Gen.
2020 Ram 1500 Big Horn - Crew Cab

I got a hell of a deal on this truck and sacrificed Apple CarPlay. The truck is currently equipped with an Uconnect 3 w/5inch display.

What aftermarket head units provide reliable Apple CarPlay? I’ve been searching but can only find units that fit a 4th Gen.
