I've been looking around for thread that simply lists max tire size for each rim with no lift. I have the stock limited 20s. My concern is when the truck goes into aerodynamic mode. So far I'm thinking a 33" terra grappler g2 would be ok.

I don't want to level, lift, or spacer right now btw. Just stock 20x9 wheel.

33s should be no problem

Have 275/60s which is a 33 on aftermarket 20x9s. No issues at aero and above
