2020 Laramie - build date was 3/20 less than 300 miles. Shut truck off tonight and the power button to the radio did not work and screen stayed on. Left it on for a couple minutes, no change - kept playing music.
Decided (not sure if this was a good idea or not) to disconnect negative terminal from battery for 15 minutes. Maybe I should have disconnected the positive too?
Hooked back up and it works fine...anyone else have a similar issue?
Will have dealer do first “free” oil change and will make a note of it around 2,500-3,000 miles.
