Making first trip with travel trailer tomorrow. Tounge weight 650lbs. Setting up w.d. hitch. How much sag should I expect.? Does 2 inches seem about right

Follow the instructions for the wd hitch. The front and rear should drop equally (or close)

You're probably on your trip. I have roughly the same tounge weight and my truck sagged about 3 inches. I added Air Lyft 1000 HD's and feel much better how it sits. Here's before and after pictures. We're heading up to the Grand Canyon on Sunday and will post how it works out.

I hooked up my 7k lbs TT last night to the new '23 Ram 1500 for the first time. When I set the weight of the trailer on the ball, the total sag was 2". When I used my Blue OX stabilization and distribution hitch system, the sag was 1.5". My ball is level with the coupler when the trailer frame is level and before weight is added so I really need to raise it up a notch on the receiver. However, I am installing a 2" lift in the rear in a few weeks and in theory, that will level it out when loaded.

In contrast, the sag on my '21 Power Wagon was at least 3" or more.

I sag 2" without the weigh distribution hitch and 1.5" with it on a 7k lbs TT that has two propane bottles and two 6V batteries on the tongue.
