Safety issue, need help

Agree, but why would the truck run fine yesterday after the repair and all of a sudden not work today?

Tech at dealer said to remove both battery terminals and connect them together for 3 seconds to hard reset the rf hub, then reconnect. Set up an appointment to take it back in, but twice now it has lost communication. When I open the door the alarm goes off and can not start it. After multiple attempts at the techs procedure the truck finally starts.

Question: is there another module or issue that if faulty may be causing the rf-hub to not respond? I don’t have a scanner, but am looking for education. Lost all faith in service depts. at this point and want to make sure I have some ammo when I go back in to avoid an expensive needle in haystack scenario. This went from a parasitic drain (which resolved) but now the truck doesn’t respond.
