?'s about the halogen to led headlight assembly upgrade

Wanting to upgrade my halogen headlights on my big horn to OEM led's from infotainment. For those who have done this, how do they work with the auto headlight setting? Will the DRL's be on with the auto setting then the low beams will turn on when it gets dark? Do I need to do any wiring for the DRL's to work aside from using the supplied harness from infotainment? I do have a Tazer DT if that helps.
