Rusty looking screw holes on New 5.7L Hemi

Hey Everyone! I just purchased my first truck! And have question for those who have a 2021 5.7 Hemi. I am seeing two threaded holes on my engines left side and I’m wondering what they are for?

Welcome! The 5.7 is used in many vehicles and has been in use for many years. The holes are likely for other vehicles, for something that previous models used but current vehicles do not, or maybe even for an option you don't have. Nothing to really be concerned about.
