Rubber ring

I know this may be a needle in a haystack but does anyone know what this might possibly be? I noticed it when backing out of my garage. It was between the front left and engine tire area.

Looks like a very old "O" ring from the dry rot. Probably not from your truck

Yeah it’s not rusted at all. I looked online and came across something like a oil ring.
