RRT for missing parts in MFT???

My local dealer’s service department is pitifully incompetent (yes you Ourisman of Clarksville). When I was trying to get them to replace the slack tailgate cable under a TS, they were clueless. They did claim there was an RRT on the MFT to remove the plastic cover and check for missing parts.

Whats an RRT? Anybody heard anything about this? Or is it more dealer BS/confusion?

Mine’s working fine, I’m scared to let this hacks mess with it...
