Rough country Speedo calibration

Anyone have any issues with this device, got mine today, updated it via the download, plugged in via instructions and it just says STARTING...
after 10-15 mins of that I called their 1-800 #, the guy in the phone wasn’t sure what the problem was, he looked up my info and is sending me a new one. 1 thing I didn’t do was remove fuses for Sirius, trailer brake etc, although all of those are factory options.

FIGURED IT OUT!!

DONT PLUG THE USB CABLE INTO THE AUX PORTS! get a cube/wall plug that accepts USB, plug that into the power outlet, and it works right away!
