Rough Country Spacers Good To Go?

WHEEL Spacers for the RAM 1500 new body style are scarce. Read here that the ones for the GM-Chevy-Tahoe will fit having the exact same dimensions. I can find these...especially the Rough Country version. Are RC's good to go?

Took mine out after two weeks because they broke the stock isolator on the left side. Replaced the whole setup with Fox 0"-2"
