Rock Hard Brake Pedal

Since new, when cold starting in the morning, my brake pedal is rock hard. Basically no travel. I need to push it firmly to start the truck, and one started it's fine, no other issues. I've never had a vehicle do this. Over 5k on the odo at this point. Anybody else experience this?

Yes, mine’s firm until started. It’s not really been an issue, but it is noticeable.

Yes, it hasn't been an issue, but I can't help but wonder why pressure would build up (presumably) in the system after it cools down. Seems counter intuitive.

You probably have a vacuum leak. Had that happen to me with a phurd I use to have
