This topic has probably been discussed before, but perhaps the forum police will allow me to post about it again.
What would be the easiest and cheapest way to make my 2023 Ram 1500 ride like a 1976 Cadillac?
And then what would be the best way to do that?

And in both cases, it retains most or all of its normal towing and hauling capacity, approximately 2,000 lbs and 10,000 to 11,000 lbs.

The air ride on the Limited is not bad at all, but a Cady ride will be pretty hard to come by

I thought the OEM was soft and wallowed like a boat already and hated it. I couldn't wait to change mine out. FOX struts/shocks are known to be the softest shock aftermarket. I'm not sure about any other and Eibach/ Bilstein are firmer.

100%👍

If your payload is actually near 2000 pounds then you have a bare bones truck, and it will not ride like a Caddy. Adding all the things necessary (air ride, softer springs, softer shocks, etc) will only reduce the payload and towing.

The smoothest riding 1500's OEM are Limiteds, but they are the worst for payload and towing.

A truck will never ride like a Cadillac. RAM trucks are already the smoothest riding trucks on the market. I guess you could always take the shocks and struts off and just ride around on the coil springs. Will be very floaty and wallowy like that old *** caddy
