Rewiring usb in center console

I'm curious to know if there anyone has rewired the usb inside of the bucket seat center console? I'm wanting to swap that usb with the one in the back seat labeled as usb3. I ultimately want to have my usb thumb drive inside of the console as I did in my 2018. Wondering if this is easily changed?

The one in the backseat is connected to the head unit and the one in the console is just for charging. I'd like the one in the console to be connected to the head unit so I can keep my usb stick in there out of the way.
