Reverse Lights

I'm on the older side and my vision is not what it once was. I have a 21 olive green Crew Cab Laramie and I would like to add some light to the back to help with backing up at night. I already have a tailgate light bar over the bumper, but it does not cast a lot of light towards the back. Some but not much. I am looking for something less obtrusive that would not require me to cut into the bumper to mount or anything that would be very large and out of place at the rear of the vehicle. I would love to see some of the other 5th gen rem guys light mods that help brighten up the rear of the vehicle. Thanks.

For reference, this is what I did. Cheap, easy if you have the Curt harness, and easy to replace. I was actually trying to pull a tree out with a rope (yeah I know stupid) and the rope snapped and destroyed one. Took me 5 minutes to replace with the way I wired them. Plenty of light backing up.

clean install! lets see it tonight boss! i set mine out towards a 45* angle it doesnt look so great visually but the beam width allowed it and at night it lights up a pretty wide area Thanks Saylor...I thought I'd start with them straight back and see what I think. If I feel I need to angle...

I fabricated my own "factory appearance" back up lights. They are in the plastic pieces next to the back up sensors.

I have a Limited so it's already all LED lighting but this did make it brigher, that said I did not have problems with light with my backup camera or 360 view.
You can see how it overpowers the red lighting because without it the truck only throws the red lights further back behind me, it's only white up close. With the pod it's the power of sun everywhere.
