So I have been reading til my eyes bleed and I haven’t come across an answer yet.
I have a 2019 Limited with air and NO off-road package. I’m interested in doing the link and spacer level. I heard that if you only do the front link/spacer the truck will be higher in the front and will require rear links to now lift the rear. Apparently this won’t be an issue on Rams with the offroad package because from the factory it ready sits up an inch higher.
Can someone who has done this level on a Ram limited that doesn’t have the off-road package please comment if this is correct.
It seems like everything I find is referencing the level kit for trucks that have the off-road package. I really hope this can catch a bit of traction. I’m ready to purchase but I need to know if the rear links are required as well

You won't need the rear links. I have a 2020 RAM limited with no off road package and I had the same setup. The links allow you to set the front higher, or lower than the rear. I kept a small 0.5" rake when I had this setup.

Really appreciate your input. I was very nervous that I was going to be higher in the front. Your info is very reassuring.
I measured the truck front and rear in all modes. Revel said the lift would be 2.5” so based on these measurements I would have been good anyway way

The day star spacer itself is about 1.5" thick. So to maintain the same amount of air in the air bag you should adjust the revel links to be 1.5" higher than stock.. of course you can go higher if you want with the links, they have plenty of adjustability.

Here's some pictures of the spacer, the links and the car in normal or aero mode.

I am selling the spacers and links if interested PM me. I replaced these for a rough country 5 inch lift.

Damn that truck looks good. Is the rough country ride the same better or worse than the spacers and links?
Just added wheels and nitto terra grappler tires.

Help, I just tried to have a shop install my Daystar/Revel level kit and they were blocked before they even got started. They said they couldn’t get into the on board computer with their system in order to disconnect the air bags, So they stopped there. Can someone help me understand why that is necessary for this installation? Has anybody else had a shop talk about this step for install on a 2019 Limited non ORG? I want this done but looking for answers before I try a different place.

Thanks

The installation instructions say that all you have to do is lower the vehicle to minimum and put it in "jack" mode. This ensures the least amount of air is in the system because the bag pressure will be lost when disconnected. I don't know any reason they would need to get into the vehicle or ECM settings. Interested to know what you find out though. I'm thinking of putting them on myself, looks pretty straight forward.

Question about the spacer install. The guide says to disconnect at the black connecter and not the fitting on the top of the strut (leave the black 90 in place).

Anyone know how this line connects to the black 90 fitting?

I don't want to break it trying to figure it out.
