Replaced Hybrid Battery Pack

Latest frustration with my Pickup, last Friday they finally received the 48 volt battery and replaced it, when I went to pick it up the 12 Jump the next day to Saturday morning the day after they claimed it’s fully charged no issues they said, i go to move my truck dead battery, now I’m fuming I finally get a call back this morning drive it over we need to do more testing,
Get home jump start it go to take it there, I don’t make it 100 yards
Won’t shift out of first it’s stuck in low

Had that issue and it was the battery.

Dealership replaced battery warranty coverage for everything
I’ll drive it all weekend and see how things go from here

Put on your surprise face, wanted to move the trailer today, jumped in the truck not even a click nothing put a meter on the battery it’s steady at 8 Volts, service department closed this weekend
Getting frustrated

WHAT!!!! They don't sell batteries where you live ?
Way back when mine died, I just went out and bought a good replacement. Never again dead.
