Replaced 5" radio with aftermarket Android. Need help!

So as the title says. Everything works well but I want the factory backup camera to work and not add the camera from the package. Also if I can get the factory mic to work with it.

Customer support say to use aftermarket cam and mic, but I figured maybe someone here knows better.

It depends on the head unit's manufacturer. They will should have an interface for the camera on the back of the unit. I have an aftermarket unit that does.
