Replace existing 18" oem spare wheel/tire with oem 20" spare wheel/tire. Any problems using existing hanger hardware?

I replaced the existing 18" wheels/tires on my 2019 DT Ram with oem 20" clad wheels/tires and now I want to finish the job by replacing the 18" spare wheel/tire with oem 20" spare wheel/tire. Are there any problems using the existing hanger?
Also, have in mind to perhaps use a 20" clad wheel for the spare instead of black steel. Any problems doing that?
