I have a 2025 RAM 1500 and it's had electrical issues since I bought it in August 2024. Service center replaced both batteries due to parasitic drain in early February 2025. Additionally, since mid-January 2025, I've had repetitive (up to as many as 7-8 times per day) "Uconnect Box Error" notifications plus other spurious notifications, e.g., cell phone doesn't connect properly, touch screen buttons not operational, blinking "D" (drive) mode light, AEBS (automatic emergency brake system) is deactivated, etc.

Service center technician diagnosed and repaired a manufacturing defect in the the wire harness and cable to the antenna. I'm sharing the description of the issue, a service bulletin and the parts replaced in case anyone else has had the same or similar issues.

Technician wrote: "...found active code for B1561-13, “Cellular Antenna 2: Circuit Open or short to battery”… found STAR CASE S228000005, Rev. E to inspect cell antenna functionality and connections. Test all signal with test equipment for antenna connection and found J240 cellular antenna circuit open and grounded to sharp edge on instrument cluster. Antenna not serviced separately must replace with jumper harness that contains multiple antenna for cell/Bluetooth function. Remove radio and both upper/lower glove boxes to gain access and replace jumper harness and antenna.” Here is the link to the service bulletin that is referenced: MOPAR STAR ONLINE TSC Case No. S22800005, May 2022. Here is another related service bulletin although this one was not the one that was identified: MOPAR STAR ONLINE Technical Service Bulletin, Case No. S2108000015, Rev. I. (Hover the cursor over the references and click the up arrow.)

I'm crossing my fingers that the mysterious electrical issue/notifications have been resolved.
